(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) with 256-bit SSL encryption.

2. VIP Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel any recurring VIP Membership (Weekly or Monthly) at any time directly through your account dashboard at Account Settings or by contacting our customer support team at support@helflix.com.

• Zero Cancellation Fees: There are never any fees or penalties for cancelling your VIP membership.
• One-Click Cancellation: You can turn off auto-renew immediately with a single click.
• Continued Access: Upon cancellation, your VIP access remains fully active until the end of your prepaid billing period. Your card will not be charged again.
• Weekly VIP Pass ($10.00 / 7 Days): The weekly VIP pass gives full 7-day unrestricted access. You can easily manage renewal preferences in your account dashboard.

3. Refund Eligibility & 7-Day Guarantee

Because Helflix provides immediate access to digital video content upon payment, refunds are processed under clear, customer-friendly guidelines:

• 7-Day Technical Satisfaction Guarantee: If you purchase a VIP Pass and experience technical video playback issues, buffering errors, or service unavailability that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours, you are entitled to a 100% full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Duplicate Transactions: If your card is accidentally charged twice for the same billing period due to network latency, we will issue an immediate refund for the duplicate transaction.
• Unauthorized Charges: If an unauthorized transaction occurs on your credit/debit card, notify us within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a complete refund immediately upon verification.

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Your Helflix account email address
2. Your Stripe payment receipt or transaction ID (sent to your email upon payment)
3. A brief description of why you are requesting a refund

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

All refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method (your debit/credit card or Apple Pay/Google Pay balance) via Stripe. Refunds are typically processed by our billing team within 24 hours, and funds appear on your card statement within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
