1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Helflix Media LLC ("Helflix", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Helflix website (https://helflix.com) and mobile streaming services. By accessing or subscribing to Helflix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or purchase a VIP Membership on Helflix. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. VIP Subscriptions, Billing & Recurring Charges

Helflix offers VIP Access Passes ("VIP Membership") providing unlimited streaming access to all video series.

• Billing Provider: All payments are securely processed via Stripe Inc. with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Weekly VIP Pass ($10.00 / 7 Days): Provides full 7-day unlimited access to all exclusive episodes and series.
• Automatic Renewals: Recurring passes (weekly or monthly) renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal in your Account settings.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time with a single click. There are zero cancellation penalties or termination fees.

4. Intellectual Property & Digital Rights Management

All video streams, original screenplays, graphics, logos, audio tracks, and software on Helflix are the exclusive property of Helflix Studio Production and protected by international copyright laws.

Anti-Piracy & Anti-Download Restrictions: Downloading, recording, scraping, ripping, modifying, redistributing, or sublicensing any content from Helflix is strictly prohibited. Automated screen-recording shielding, DRM watermarking, and access controls are actively enforced.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time without fee or penalty.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Helflix Studio Production shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
